Not enough help, management does not help, unsafe environment
listen. I left them years ago...it has not changed
Micro management is the number one factor in the company failing right now Empowerment would help for the company to be successful

More communication with employees . I should not have to go out on leave for a medical issue and have fear of returning to my job not knowing where i will be working when i have over 20 years with the company
I've been walking on glass it seems for the past 2 years with the Store director.
Being harassed in the parking lot by older men. it can be improved by being taken seriously and not as a light matter

My coworkers act like grade school kids, bickering, joking, avoiding work as much as possible, unless the manager is on the floor

My manager is not considering my livelihood or considering my transportation situation. I am being transferred without my knowledge and I have no means of transportation. My manager should go through sensitivity training and also take courses on how to manage through integrity.
