They do a pretty good job at everything for the most part.
The Leadership Team needs to Build MORAL with the Employees. The Moral at Store #160 is Very Low and the employees are Treated Horribly. There is No Joy in Working at that store. I was Forced to go to a different store location because of Ill Treatment by Store Managers
Management needs get out of the office and help us out. They spend all their time in the office talking. There should be a serious investigation.

Need more help and managements needs to get involved more

Be more truthful in the interview process.

The company doesnt drug test, and prioritizes friends and family members of current employees. And the company doesn't explicitly describe job duties ao they can change expectations without changing your job title or pay rate.
Actually interview prospective hires. Obtain important information such as availability to make sure itll be a good match to fit the companies needs.

Not enough help, management does not help, unsafe environment
