Good but lots of things unexplained to me
Everyone works together to come to a solution for any issue that arises. When I am open with my scheduling needs; the team moves heaven and earth to accommodate me. Because of this, I am willing to help and sacrifice when accommodations cannot be made.

Definitely the tuition reimbursement, it has helped with paying for college

The company offers a fair compensation package. They also offer the ability to purchase one week of vacation, on top of your earned vacation. This has come in handy for me when planning trips.
The Health Plans are Overly Expensive and the Deductible and Our of Pocket costs keeps one from Seeking Care. I DO Like the Getting Paid for Vacation and Sick Days on our Anniversary.
The union got us a fair deal.

We are in a good area, so people are generally pretty nice. Our workers reflect this kindness with others and it overall helps in creating a positive culture
