  • If you're an executive you can work at home all you like. If you're a favorite of an executive you can work at home all you like. The rest are strongly discouraged from working from home.

  • It depends on the manager but it is generally frowned upon by the C-Suite which is hypocritical because the CEO and other members of upper management live out of state and often work from home.
