I like that our leadership team is thinking of new ways to retain business and engage our clients.

They should restructure the whole team & bring in better people

Time off/vacation is ample.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k match would be great
People of color are nor valued and only white people are promoted with lack of experience

Energy they bring to each project is amazing
Collaboration is very good on my team.
Team is smart, creative and collaborative.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Restructure the whole team and get beter coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall the culture is welcoming

Fire HR TEAM immediately so the culture gets better
