Standard compensation and benefits, but ESPP has been the best stock ive purchased
Salary + ESPP + bonus
I love the time off
Free therapy sessions each year
RJ's investment in their employees long-term financial goals. They contribute to such a degree through ESOP, Profit Sharing, etc, that if a long-term employee did nothing to plan for retirement during their career, they'd still be OK, not wealthy by any means, but they'd have something to live on!
I think I get fair raises and bonuses.
Being independent and choosing my own benefits
It's fair. Of course I would like more but not at the risk of changing the balance.
Decent Vacation time, Sick time could be better. Health plan could be better. 401k match could be better.
Variable pay is strong but salary is marginal at times.
Competitive for industry and driven by employee feedback
The ESOP, and PSP are very generous
everybody gets the same and we are all treated as equals
There wasn't one.. I wasn't given what I was promised.
Review from Finance Dept
love my job and i think that i am fairly paid for the job i do
Even though I am salary, I have the option to be paid overtime which I love.
Review from Finance Dept
The health premiums are reasonable plus there are many funding programs to help fellow employees in hardship.
Review from Finance Dept
Deferred Bonus compensation on a 5 year Cliff vest.
No i dont feel undervalued
They nickle and dime us at raise time. This isn't unique to my experience, i know many good employees that feel this way
Pay is well below comparable jobs in the industry. Especially considering securities licences held.
unfair comp practices predominate at the firm
Benefits should be betterthen this
Among the individual contributors, women are paid less than their male counterparts. Not sure if this applies in management roles...
Moved from traditional benefits to HSA, never a good idea to mix health money with investable money in my opinion
