Monthly meetings are held and everyone can contribute ideas and comments, which are bounced off each other and discussed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Proper staffing and valuing existing employees.
Leadership needs to be more transparent with their communication. Objectives of projects consistently change, and staffing on projects is inconsistent and based off who cries the loudest.
Team players, training people and personal time while on the clock.
