Does Raymond James drug test or do a background check?
When I applied for the compliance job in January 2020, Denver Colorado, the hiring manager who flew in directly from Florida to interview the candidates stated that there is no drug testing with Raymond James. He kind of laughed about it and said “hey whatever works, if that makes you work better”. I was kind of shocked to be honest with you about it but really doesn’t make a difference. Just would expect the hiring manager at Raymond James to relay more professional information when queried about a drug test pre-employment.
