What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are evolving to gain market share; I see my department expanding and adding new teams

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Proper staffing and valuing existing employees.
Leadership needs to be more transparent with their communication. Objectives of projects consistently change, and staffing on projects is inconsistent and based off who cries the loudest.
Team players, training people and personal time while on the clock.

Standard compensation and benefits, but ESPP has been the best stock ive purchased

RJ's investment in their employees long-term financial goals. They contribute to such a degree through ESOP, Profit Sharing, etc, that if a long-term employee did nothing to plan for retirement during their career, they'd still be OK, not wealthy by any means, but they'd have something to live on!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No i dont feel undervalued
They nickle and dime us at raise time. This isn't unique to my experience, i know many good employees that feel this way
Pay is well below comparable jobs in the industry. Especially considering securities licences held.

Very cohesive and team oriented.
They are all young, hungry, charismatic guys looking to move themselves forward

We work together very well.
I put my team together and we work in a very collaborative fashion.

Not applicable. My coworkers are not the issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the company as a whole keeps a more relaxed work/life balance approach vs other large banks

They need to have an Attitude of gratitude
Remove conservatism from its values, at least from IT department
