We literally are family. I can come to them with anything. We work extremely well together because we appreciate one another and know each others strengths and weaknesses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work with a phenomenal group of people who treat me like family. They understand that things come up in life and they give me the flexibility and support to have an excellent work/life balance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was recruited hard and they made me feel valued. I was in the drivers seat because they recognized that I was excellent at my job and wanted to make the move worth my while.
