My manager does not micromanage.
Review from Engineering Dept
They are well very well rounded
They are very responsive and work as a team
Pushing local team engagement and morale
Doing what they say. During the last Engineering Fellow promotion cycle they only promoted 9% women.
Remember that they need to retain employees in order to get the work done
Management has no vision. They have blinders on and are entirely focused on short term metrics. They refuse to buy new lab equipment, and we use stuff that belongs in a museum. We're constantly stealing from other engineer's workstations to get work done due to lack of equipment. Poorly managed.
They need to work on lying better in the all-hands meetings.
The salary is a reasonable amount
Pay and bonues are fair.

1 week off and flexible work schedule
Allow employees to take PTO when they need to. Do not slash raises and bonuses while increasing CEO compensation
Benefits have been declining for several years now. First they took away the pension and replaced it with a 6% match, then the matched lowered to 4%, then 3%. Health insurance was taken away and replaced with an HSA having a $7,000 deductible. That's like having no insurance at all. <3% raises.
Being recognized and excepted for who i am. Being accepted for who i am and being allowed to grow and being treated well.

True vision and action by the executive leadership. Solve the business issues holding us back. Develop a truely inclusive culture with a focus to the future.
Management needs to be more respectful. Respect is supposed to be a Raytheon Value, but that only applies to the peon employees, not management. Management can be downright abusive, especially the new managers that came in after most of the old timers quit or retired. The company is not the same.
The person conducting the interview knew that i was a good fit for the company and hired me right away. She gave me options and I took the full time offer.
Review from Engineering Dept
People seemed friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated.
The interview was respectful and the interviewers knowledgeable. The recruiter takes employees out to dinner to really get to know a person. It was excellent treatment.

Im more excited about being accepted back.

Overcoming challenges nobody else can.
Bad execution and late deliveries.
Management is too focused on short term metrics. They will spend a dollar to save a penny, neglecting customer needs. We are never allowed to do a job right the first time, but there's unlimited budget to fix things. Managers need to give meaningful raises. Achievement Awards were cut to $250.
