Back stabbing middle management. Functional management is i ept and should work to make the programs successful instead of furyhering their mediocre careers.

Raytheon has no vision. They are constantly downsizing real estate, shutting down lab space and denying promotions/raises to senior engineers. Everyone is quitting. Building H3 is humorously referred to as the "cattle stalls" due to cubicles so small you can't turn around in your chair. Horrible.
