Frank R. Jimenez — Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Raytheon Technologies

Mr. Frank R. Jimenez, also known as Fran, has been General Counsel and Vice President of Raytheon Company since January 19, 2015 and has been its Corporate Secretary since April 2015. Mr. Jimenez served as General Counsel and Secretary at Bunge Limited since July 5, 2012 and served as its Managing Director of Corporate Affairs. Mr. Jimenez joined Bunge Limited in July 2012 as Managing Director of Government Affairs. He served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Xylem Inc. until June 22, 2012, the S&P 500 global water technology company spun off from ITT Corporation in 2011 and also served as Vice President of Xylem. He served as Vice President and General Counsel at ITT Corporation since his joining in May 2009 and was responsible for the legal, regulatory and governance aspects of it, including its separation in 2011 into two new public companies, Xylem and defense technology company Exelis Inc. Prior to ITT, he served for nearly three years as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Navy in the Bush and Obama administrations from 2006 to 2009. He has held a variety of other positions in government, including Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Defense and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as Deputy Chief of Staff and Acting General Counsel to Governor Jeb Bush of Florida. Mr. Jimenez previously practiced law as a partner at Steel Hector and Davis LLP (now Squire Sanders LLP) in Miami, Florida. He was one of seven Senate-confirmed Pentagon civilians of four-star equivalent rank overseeing the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. He served as a law clerk for Judge Pamela Ann Rymer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Jimenez is a Ex-Officio Trustee at University of Miami. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. and Law Degree from Yale Law School, an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College and a B.S. from the University of Miami.
