John Delanier Harris II — Vice President of Business Development and Chief Executive Officer of Raytheon International Inc at Raytheon Technologies

Mr. John Delanier Harris, II, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Raytheon International Inc. since September 16, 2013. Mr. Harris serves as Vice President of Business Development at Raytheon Company. Mr. Harris has been General Manager of Business Unit at Raytheon Company since April 2015. He served as Vice President of Business Development at Raytheon Company since September 16, 2013. Mr. Harris served as vice president of Raytheon Company since April 2015. He is responsible for worldwide sales and marketing, Raytheon's international business and its government relations operations functions. He is responsible for developing and leading the execution of Raytheon's global business strategy. He has over 30 years with Raytheon and provides a strong foundation of business, customer and product knowledge. Mr. Harris joined Raytheon in 1983. He served positions of increasing responsibility with Raytheon company, including vice president of Operations and Contracts for Raytheon's Electronic Systems business. He served as Vice President of Contracts for government and defense businesses at Raytheon Company from June 10, 2003 to May 2005 and Vice President of Contracts and Supply Chain from June 10, 2003 to March 10, 2010. Since March 10, 2010, he served as President of Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC (RTSC) at Raytheon Space & Airborne System. Mr. Harris served as the General Manager of Raytheon's Intelligence, Information and Services business since April 1, 2013, where he was responsible for the consolidation of the former RTSC with Raytheon's Intelligence and Information Systems business. He served as a Vice President of Raytheon Company since April 1, 2013. He served as a Director of Exostar LLC. He serves as Director of Raytheon Australia Pty Ltd. Mr. Harris serves on the RTCA NextGen Advisory Committee, the Board of the USO of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. and the National Advisory Council on Minority Business Enterprise with the U.S. Department of Commerce. He serves as a Member of the Council of Trustees for the Association of the United States Army. He served as Raytheon's Executive Diversity Champion from 2007 to 2008, where he led the Executive Diversity Leadership Team and provided strategic direction for overall diversity and inclusion efforts. In February of 2010, he was honored with the prestigious Black Engineer of the Year Award. Mr. Harris received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Operations from Boston University.
