Razorfish Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k because it gives me security with my saving

Review from Marketing Dept

Health insurance and retirement. Plus the starting pay scale.

Review from Marketing Dept

I like that there is a WFH stipend, but it really is very minimal considering its for a full year.

Review from Design Dept

Both my base salary and bonus are a great deal lower than my last job but the bonus actually paid out at 100%. And as a creative an important part of the equation is the work and team and I love both.

Review from Design Dept

My annual salary and flexible/unlimited PTO. I'm excited for Work the World some day

Review from Design Dept

Unlimited PTO and maternity leavd.

Review from Marketing Dept

i love the unlimited pto

Review from Marketing Dept

The salary is likely the best part but the 401k match is great too

Review from Customer Success Dept

I enjoy working from home.

Review from Engineering Dept

Great 401k match and unlimited PTO that can actually be used without penalty

Review from Marketing Dept

It's fair mostly because it helps with stress

Review from Marketing Dept

health insurance benefits are strong

Review from Marketing Dept

UNLIMITED PTO, every time I tell someone I have that at Razorfish they are chocked!!

Review from Marketing Dept

PTO and remote work, health insurance is good

Review from HR Dept

Unlimited PTO and the health equity ontop of all the other basic benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k)

Review from Design Dept

Lets me focus on the work and I don't have to think about it.

Review from Design Dept

I like some of the soft benefits, as well as the 401K matching.

Review from Design Dept

I like that my health insurance package for myself and my family is not a budget-buster. At my last agency, it was almost double what it is now (my part) and I had much poorer benefits.

Review from Marketing Dept

unlimited pto, great healthcare options, sick leave

Review from Product Dept

The best part about my compensation package would have to be the flexibility of our PTO which allows me to take time off for myself when needed!

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe the company should pay employee more for HSA, especially for the one has a child/children. What company is currently paying is too lower for the companies that are a lot smaller scale than RZF.

Review from Communications Dept

Given inflation within the past 5 years, an entry level salary unfortunately does not go very far. I feel I work very hard, but I know employees do become eligible for a possible raise after a year or so.

Review from Operations Dept

The compensation is not competitive or on par for my industry

Review from Design Dept

I am not sure if I get paid what others in my position earn, it would be nice to have transparency or more discussions about pay levels. Its not that I dont get paid enough, but am I paid what others make in my position.

Review from Design Dept

Undervalued compared to similar titles in other industries

Review from Design Dept

We are spending more money hiring new talent than rewarding those who have been loyal. We still have a long way to go for parental and family benefits.

Review from Marketing Dept

Yes, I feel undervalued. I think my work this past year has not been equally valued to some of my peers.

Review from HR Dept

higher salary aligned with competitors

Review from Product Dept

I don't feel undervalued, but I think that, like any ad agency, Razorfish could be more transparent.

Review from Marketing Dept

I am underpaid and overworked.. Summer Fridays are an EMPTY PROMISE. No one expects them. Why even mention them if you will not let people take them. Senior Leadership is extremely tone deaf!

Review from Design Dept

I feel based on conversations with friends I make a little bit under the regular pay outside, one of the reasons I don't go somewhere else is because I feel they care about me.

Review from Design Dept

With the new title mapping, I lost an opportunity to get a promotion with a salary increase and a bonus. Now I have a new title w/o the merit increase. Other org's are reaching out to me offering 10-15% more at the same title.

Review from Design Dept

I'd love a more competitive salary and the ability to keep up with the rising rates of living.

Review from Marketing Dept

There is a gap between my manager (outside my client organization) and my client organization. In terms of tracking salary range I discovered a horrifying gap and we're in the process of adjusting compensation - planned revisit between myself and executive responsible for addressing set for August

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary and title visualization and transparency. Goals for career progression with average salaries etc.

Review from Operations Dept

There was a retention bonus for DEG and one from Arthur but I am aware of other companies providing salary increases for employees staying, rather than a one time bonus. Additionally, the compensation structure of no bonus/OT for anyone between Senior Associate and Director level is not competitive.

Review from Product Dept

I'm being paid lower than my peers with the same title.

Review from Marketing Dept

With the inflation happening it?

I was never reached out when I did my goals by my manager. My co-workers strongly spoke about the amazing job I was doing but yet I never got a promotion or was I approached in any way to talk about my goals or promotion. I do love the company and I work hard on every job. Ready for a compensation!

Review from Design Dept

I know that I, a woman, make less than the men on my immediate team. And I am also unlikely to be promoted anytime soon, even after 3+ years in my job.
