I think that they worked hard and were able to motivate others.

Listening engaging having respect Ceo needs to lead and senior team need training
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part was that it was fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus is giving to friends rather than on effort
What are some of the best things about your team?
They buy coffee and get free tickets to concerts
They were nice and appreciated everybody's ideas.

Ceo and leadership team need to change
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how they asked you questions about how you will use constructive critisism to your advantage.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get people to interview who are professional not line manager who asked personal question eg how will you manage kids
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am getting paid well for my hard work makes me happy.
