
The rates are fair and competitive and the coverage is good. The compensation package may not be astounding or top tier but it's always felt fair and valuable

I cannot complain about any specific portion of the compensation package. I'd love to be paid more, but what I'm getting is adequate for the tasks I'm doing. I really like the 401K matching, and the health benefits, though I have not had much interaction with those since the setup process.

Really good insurance for the cost. Occasional perks like personal consultation from professionals (retirement, insurance, etc) is also great.
The health care benefits package we have is high quality and adds value to my life instead of "a required package that doesn't do anything to benefit me"

I feel like pay is competitive, but as we continue to course correct and if things become more stable, I would like opportunities to increase my salary or earn a bonus. Career growth and benefits are fantastic! I would like a clear picture on ways to increase my value to the company.
