What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership never seems "stuck in it's ways" and is always open to a new approach or point of view, they are always willing to tackle concerns head on and I've never been made to feel bad about raising an objection.

Commitment to their people and willingness to listen

They listen. Plain and simple. If I have an issue, I feel like I can talk to my lead, my manager, my director, or the executive openly about it. Up and down, I feel as though they care about my input, as well as my well being, and the others' around me.

I like that they are willing to collaborate and have tough conversations to improve our company. We've gone through some growing pains, and I appreciate leadership taking that head on and working together.

The most defining characteristic of our leadership team is that they are constantly ingrained in the business and on the front lines with us, no-one feels disconnected or out of touch merely focused on their piece of the pie.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

20% quarterly bonus structure and good health care for my family

I cannot complain about any specific portion of the compensation package. I'd love to be paid more, but what I'm getting is adequate for the tasks I'm doing. I really like the 401K matching, and the health benefits, though I have not had much interaction with those since the setup process.

Really good insurance for the cost. Occasional perks like personal consultation from professionals (retirement, insurance, etc) is also great.

The health care benefits package we have is high quality and adds value to my life instead of "a required package that doesn't do anything to benefit me"

The rates are fair and competitive and the coverage is good. The compensation package may not be astounding or top tier but it's always felt fair and valuable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like pay is competitive, but as we continue to course correct and if things become more stable, I would like opportunities to increase my salary or earn a bonus. Career growth and benefits are fantastic! I would like a clear picture on ways to increase my value to the company.

They are eager to work together and help one another out. I feel like my team has my back, and I have theirs. I'm always learning from my team, and given opportunities to help out.

My team is aligned and working towards a singular goal for the benefit of the company and the client and that keeps me engaged and striving to new heights, we also hold each other to a higher standard to ensure we all move forward together.

It feels good to be surrounded by like minded individuals all working on the same goals or working at the same level as you to accomplish tasks. We are driven to higher levels by the talent we surround ourselves with. Work hard play hard is an old saying I never quite understood till I joined LB

Everyone's input and approach is valued, we all work through problems differently and the way we apply solutions can vary so when it comes time to find a new solution we generally have a varied pool of opinions to collaboratively approach problem solving

As a company, we thrive together as a team, with one goal in mind, and we work well doing that. We listen to what each other has to say, and each member contributes in effective ways.

We get to work with really amazing clients, that are in front of so many people. I also really enjoy how much I'm being challenged to learn and grow. Lastly, I really appreciate the flexibility that Levelsbeyond has for it's employees.

We're held to a high standard and a lot can be expected of us but the company endorses a relaxed environment otherwise and is supportive of having fun and taking care of yourself where time/workload allows.

Failed upgrade processes have put a bad taste in clients mouths. Scoping projects is always undercut and get pushed back due to issues in our prod
