My experience has been great - really developed and grown professionally since being here.
Working at Levels is rewarding, most days. Employees seem to be on the same page, and work efficiently and effective as one unit. Some are not on the same page and become a thorn in our side, usually only temporarily, or in Chris' case, repeatedly. These people are the sole source of my complaints.

This has been an amazing experience for me. I love working at Levelsbeyond. Sometimes it can get a little crazy, or challenging, but I like that and it helps me grow as a professional.
Good. A lot has changed in the last few years, mostly for the better and I believe we're on the right track. I've been given amazing opportunities and have grown vastly in my time at Levels but that has also come with a large share of very difficult, stressful, and demanding times as we grow.

What's the interview process like at REACH ENGINE by Levels Beyond?
Straight forward yet laid back.
relaxed but straight forward
Very thorough, especially for SW developers. Send in a resume, gets screened by their HR and CTO-Director of Engineering, a 10 minute phone screen......seems more like a culture screen, then they send out a coding assessment that is a good deal of work but as told up front, it launches you well into the process (full stack assessment). Screened by a lead engineer then onsite or if remote, come in for a team interview. Talk to the CTO for a final check in then hired. All this is about a 2 week process. The good news is you knew exactly what the steps were upfront so no guessing........

We are cranking it out these days.......Lots of new clients with demands to see us deliver great products. Sprints and new releases weekly. You should expect to work 45+ hours a week yet when you need time you can get it....
