
Very thorough, especially for SW developers. Send in a resume, gets screened by their HR and CTO-Director of Engineering, a 10 minute phone screen......seems more like a culture screen, then they send out a coding assessment that is a good deal of work but as told up front, it launches you well into the process (full stack assessment). Screened by a lead engineer then onsite or if remote, come in for a team interview. Talk to the CTO for a final check in then hired. All this is about a 2 week process. The good news is you knew exactly what the steps were upfront so no guessing........
Very thorough for Engineering: brief 5-10 minute introductory call followed up with a code assessment then a call with a lead developer then a team interview., either on site if local or remote via video, then a CTO screen and hired. Can take only 1.5 to 2 weeks if you move through quickly
