What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership never seems "stuck in it's ways" and is always open to a new approach or point of view, they are always willing to tackle concerns head on and I've never been made to feel bad about raising an objection.

Commitment to their people and willingness to listen

They listen. Plain and simple. If I have an issue, I feel like I can talk to my lead, my manager, my director, or the executive openly about it. Up and down, I feel as though they care about my input, as well as my well being, and the others' around me.

I like that they are willing to collaborate and have tough conversations to improve our company. We've gone through some growing pains, and I appreciate leadership taking that head on and working together.

The most defining characteristic of our leadership team is that they are constantly ingrained in the business and on the front lines with us, no-one feels disconnected or out of touch merely focused on their piece of the pie.

They're always there to lend a hand, and are always willing to listen.
