What are some of the best things about your team? They're all hard workers and they want to improve themselves.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The bonus structure is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I like how ethical and approachable my management team is.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Listen to your employees and follow through with their requests. Only catering to shareholders is why the company is in such dire straits. Focusing only on profit and not on employee morale is going to be your undoing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I had a manager literally tell me that we could not give a raise to someone who is getting $1 over minimum wage doing highly technical work because it wasn't there fault that the employee was paid so little.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Respecting each other. Time management. Completing projects in a timely manner without complaints
