What did you like most about the interview process?
Very friendly and had the chance to meet multiple mamagers to get a feel for the company.
Timely, respectful, not unnecessarily challenging, wants cultural fit
The constant communication with the recruiters. Sometimes you can interview with a company and the recruiters dont ever get back to you or take weeks. It seemed like there was at least weekly communication through the whole process.
Interviewers had empathy and know coding exercises are a different from working as an engineer
I got to meet the full team, including future reports.
Getting to engage with all of the managers to see all of their styles. I liked being able to interact with so many people during the process but also love that they were very transparent about the position. There were no surprises.
They take care of you through the process with prompt communications. I know that hiring managers will reach out to candidates they pass on to give them feedback to help them succeed at their next interview. People just care about you, even if you are not a good fit for our company.
