My overall experience with Record is that it is extremely close nit. Once you are in, there is plenty of opportunity and it's an easy place to work for. But getting in can be tough.

I am very passionate about my position and enjoy doing my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to have a good grasp at their job and they do it efficiently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very professional in problem solving. My manager specifically is very engaging and motivating through positivity.

I like that they offer opportunity and insight on how to progress into new roles in the future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is workplace drama amongst my peers. There tends to be cliques, but upper management is making an effort to address and fix the issue
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work in a very laid-back atmosphere. Management is very understanding and willing to work with its employees to get them to the best path of success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have some of the best health benefits I have seen at a company. They also allow room for growth in compensation and the ability to strive towards bonuses.

The company always has something planned for the employees as a thanks. For example: Ice cream trucks, holiday parties, birthday lunches, engagement activities, raffles, contests, and outreach into the community.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work. I love my job. It brings me daily challenges and keeps me busy. Its a very rewarding job, especially when you see finished product in the field that you had a hand in helping make.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Record has the best benefits I have seen. They offer really quality benefit options for a decently low cost. I like that they have reps that come in to talk to us on how to maximize our benefits for retirement and wealth management.
