Medical coverage period, I wish we could get new glasses (frames and glass) every year, but it's manageable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and knowledge that is required does not fairly represent what the job title is and what all we do. Also, the amount of work verses the pay is not adequate.
