401k addition before you even put in.

Setting up goals at the beginning of the year and performance evaluation at the end of the year - yearly hike based on performance review (which is currently not done).

We work really hard to get the job done correctly. We celebrate our successes.

The upper management team works well to show appreciation for the successes that we accomplish together.

We have an EEC (Employee Engagement Committee). They do fun stuff most holidays. We also celebrate our good results once a quarter with lunch and a presentation of our doors in the field.
