The company is fast paced and demanding, but you get to work with great people. Everyone is so helpful. We get the job done right and the company is doing well.

Working with the other employees.

They care about the employees and work to solve issues.

Everybody helps everyone else. Even when times are tough.

We work really hard to get the job done correctly. We celebrate our successes.

They set clear goals and give us the tools and equipment to get the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the people knowing that we have each other's backs. If one side starts to slip the other side will pick up some slack. We all support each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an EEC (Employee Engagement Committee). They do fun stuff most holidays. We also celebrate our good results once a quarter with lunch and a presentation of our doors in the field.
