I enjoy my work here, however the work/life balance doesn't apply to all of us. Some of us have to have a physical presence in order to carry out our office job while others have the ability to work from home. For ex. I've used almost my entire vacation this year due to family sickness.

We all mesh really well together. Thoughtful and considerate and step up to help when someone needs it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion and diversity. I love our Employee Engagement Team who work tirelessly to ensure this is carried out at every occassion.

the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues, contribute to meaningful projects, and see the positive impact of my efforts. I enjoy heading up the Employment Engagement Committee and finding ways to boost moral.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate their clear communication and supportive leadership. They consistently provide guidance, encourage professional growth, and foster a positive work environment. Their openness to feedback and commitment to team success make working with them truly motivating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued per se'. I feel very valued. That's not a fair assessment. I feel that my pay is comparable to some corporations, but falls short with others and with the high prices we're seeing, it's hard to make it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, positive attitude, and strong communication. They are always willing to help, share ideas, and work together to achieve common goals. The supportive and inclusive environment makes it a pleasure to be part of the team. They are always willing to go the extra mile.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership has recently shifted with the absence of my former manager, however I get along very well with everyone and am familiar with my job requirements and what each one expects of me. I like the fact that the current manager is invested in each one of us.
