Overall it's a very good experience. I've worked in corporate operations for a very long time and the grass is certainly not always greener. This is a great place to work with flexibility if you need it and good management. I've been happy here.

I don't feel undervalued per se'. I feel very valued. That's not a fair assessment. I feel that my pay is comparable to some corporations, but falls short with others and with the high prices we're seeing, it's hard to make it.
