Will stop and listen to help when I have a problem or need something explained. Will even show examples in person to help me understand the product functions more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone tries to be friendly and understand that we are all human and make mistakes. We can do our best to fix problems and help each other learn from them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a job in this environment, their all welcoming and caring. It's refreshing and new, yes there are a few tweaks that can make it even better. But it's more positive than negative.
