Been here 9.5 yrs. was great for 7. At 9 all became hostile, I went from a great asset to a problem, even though I work harder than ever.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While I have problems with people in my office, everyone else is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm here till at least 5 pm often till 5:30 - 6 pm - while many leave early, but I'm told I don't work hard enough, though I'm loaded down with work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The hostility is thick, they were told not to interact with me, so now I work in solitary confinement, while I have to hear them having lively conversations. This is very stressful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Streamline. I use 4 programs to generate a quote, it should be 2. I requested a new Estimator for about a year because the last one was retiring. they only got the new Estimator after the old one retired. This required me to do the work of 2, for months. Housekeeping isn't counted.
