What is the best part about your compensation package?

Winter recess (we're closed the week between Christmas and New Years). The parental leave benefit is really great too though.

Comp is competitive. Benefits are improving but still leave a bit to be desired

Could have more competitive salaries

Senior leaders are paid well. Other roles are usually paid below average.

Better health benefits. Better 401k.

More transparency needed. Some people barely work or are held responsible, while others kill themselves and overdeliver to compensate for those who can't and won't deliver.

The benefits package is very bare and unfairly priced. The 401K match is severely low compared to the national average. Unfortunately, the pay also does not make up for the lack in benefits.
