listen to employees around poor management
The leadership team is too reactive rather than proactive. I wish they would be more proactive about communicating clearly to the company, following through on deadlines and promises.
Leadership has made rapid improvements to Recruitics as a company. Our processes are becoming more scalable and leadership does truly care about this business. Employee growth is not fostered and direct managers are too busy and stressed with other projects to help.

40% more in salary and better healthcare coverages because that's what I got with a new job offer
Significantly higher pay and more employee wellness programs or stipend
Higher compenstion and better healthcare benefits
Compensation is average compared to similar roles in the industry
Review from Marketing Dept
Comp is competitive. Benefits are improving but still leave a bit to be desired
Strcuture of teams can help
Reactive vs. proactive, broken (or non-existent) processes. Unfair pay for some. Siloed behavior with lack of interest in collaborating. Slack makes team less productive than email and avoids direct collaboration.

process could be more consistent as we recover from the merging the newly acquired team in with ours. It has been painful.
