Faster than I had in the past. Being a consulting company, we bill hours and have to keep things going. Multiple deadlines at all times. With that said, good systems processes and management to keep things on track.

Not at all, work hours are pretty normal. Full time staff can expect to put in 40-45 hours regularly, which is low for this business.

Volunteer in the morning with some fun in the afternoon, planned for next month. Also do 1-2 "worktreats" a year where everyone goes to a camp somewhere and works on strategy or big projects.

What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Red Argyle?
They really do work on Salesforce all the time, so if someone's not interested in that technology AT ALL, I'd look elsewhere. With that said, it's a much more expansive platform than I ever thought.

45 minutes or so, and the process took 2-3 weeks to go from initial to final answer.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Red Argyle?
There were some pretty challenging scenario based questions that I had to whiteboard through. The interviewer role played as the customer.

Office is pretty casual. I wore a polo shirt and nice pants.

Pretty rigorous

Lots of questions about technical details of development tasks. Also interested in my work ethic and problem solving skills.
How flexible is your work schedule at Red Argyle?
Office hours are generally 8:30-5, but on a given day staff are in and out depending on meeting schedules. Brief periods of time off can just be made up by working late or coming in early, and extended time off is a simple request.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Red Argyle?
Had an initial interview with two team members, a take home assignment, a 2nd interview with the director, and a 3rd interview with the owners. Felt great to be exposed to several people in the company. Take home assignment was of a reasonable and manageable length/complexity.
What's the work from home policy like at Red Argyle?
The policy is one of flexibility. Red Argyle operates two offices in Albany and Canandaigua, NY. Employees are encouraged to meet with the team and collaborate in the office regularly. However, depending on circumstances there is no strict need to be in the office on any given day. On snowy days, team members are expected to STAY HOME! Red Argyle also employees full time remote employees and has all processes and technology aligned to onsite or remote enablement.
