Yes all candidates at Red Argyle must pass a full background check due to Red Argyle's exposure to sensitive customer and healthcare data. Red Argyle does not currently administer drug tests.

What's the internship program like at Red Argyle?
Red Argyle has an exciting co-op program. Twice a year, the company is currently recruiting 3-4 paid co-ops. They are inserted into development, consulting, and business analyst projects right out of the gate and trained "in the trenches" as projects progress. A normal 6-8 month co-op will work through 3-5 projects for some of Red Argyle's top tier customers. Upon leaving Red Argyle, many co-ops have gone on to start excellent careers.
