I had so many hopes and aspirations joining the company that were beaten out of me by a terrible management team that is too arrogant and self assured to notice their own destructive behavior

Some interesting projects and many great co-workers; but poor management and deep racial and gender bias.

A collective of partners brings a more human perspective to leadership. Low hierarchy and loads of room to be involved and grow with the company
