A collective of partners brings a more human perspective to leadership. Low hierarchy and loads of room to be involved and grow with the company

Teams solve the hardest problems - its not always an easy task but its amazing to see the depth, rigor and impact

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We know each other well and there's a lot of kindness and respect as is needed when dealing with problem solving
The staff are smart and the library is good. Lunch used to be good, too.

Comfortable and interesting talk - clear that its made by a company that works with human sciences
