What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with new people every day. Creating new connections for the company and my self all while pushing to complete impactful projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone values each other, and if there's an issue, people say it as it is, though there are some pushovers. Overall everyone gets along so well, we also get to take lots of time off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I hate when companies say "We're like family", but that's true here. I am so close with everyone, we go on trips, work out together, go hunting, and so much stuff. We also love to have chill nights as a team where we'll discuss work over a glass of wine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in a position that allows me to touch on a bit of everything, at a lower level of course. Though I am lower down, I still have national projects, and campaigns that are seen by millions, but I still receive the same pay as those who do the bare minimum.
