There is always a good push to remind what we are about. Being part of a work family is encouraged. There are always fun meetings to join like gardening, painting etc. They try to bring folks together and I think that is really good.

The interview process needs streamlining. Multiple interviews across different days and stakeholders make sthe process lengthy and repetitive. Consolidating interviews, empowering hiring managers, and reducing unnecessary steps would improve the candidate experience and help attract talent.
