They are disrespectful to employees, and after being cursed at I brought it to HR only for them to sweep it under the rug

The talk down to their employees and even curse. They are very combative when you try to discuss this with them. It has also been reported to HR but at least 3 employees to no avail.

Time off and retirement benefits. Company matches 5% of 401k and give many stock options.

I have good balance between base pay as well as short-term and long-term incentives.

Affordable and the help they give to get a home is nice

Benefits packages are very antiquated. They need to be more progressive and on par with tech companies. Better parental leave, more vacation, equity and/or bonuses would be nice.

The bank's culture is rooted in being the best and doing your best but in a team/collaborative environment (i.e. not at the expense of your fellow teammates).
