Very negative, I've always heard bad things about working for corporate companies but I was still disappointed.

The meetings cover the same information everyday
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health plan is good
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The talk down to their employees and even curse. They are very combative when you try to discuss this with them. It has also been reported to HR but at least 3 employees to no avail.
