It looks good on paper but not when you're in there environment

They are disrespectful to employees, and after being cursed at I brought it to HR only for them to sweep it under the rug
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The employees are out for themselves, but when you have poor management that makes you feel as though you are going to lose your job daily, that can happen
