The talk down to their employees and even curse. They are very combative when you try to discuss this with them. It has also been reported to HR but at least 3 employees to no avail.

Benefits packages are very antiquated. They need to be more progressive and on par with tech companies. Better parental leave, more vacation, equity and/or bonuses would be nice.
