Absolutely nothing the I only thing positive is that all employees lean on each other because they all feel the same
They encourage cultural differences and learning the unique qualities of individuals and embracing people.
The bank's culture is rooted in being the best and doing your best but in a team/collaborative environment (i.e. not at the expense of your fellow teammates).
It looks good on paper but not when you're in there environment
