Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Generally speaking, the engineering compensation at REI Systems is very good when compared to other jobs in the US. For example earning 80k to 100k is generally very good. But when compared to other tech and non-tech companies, it pales in comparison. TC needs to be upped by about 50% in general
