This is a terrible management team. Fear based, clickish, petty, small and insecure

Communication and hearing out employees. Speaking up or expressing concerns is grounds for termination.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For as hands-off as my manager is, I should be compensated much more. I'm making very high-level strategy decisions and told to drive change among other teams with no authority to do so.

I feel a promotion is overdue.

RQ has no intention of paying you. Regardless of what they promise

You will work late hours (3 PM to 12 AM, 6 PM to 3 AM) or a very inconsistent schedule. Work life balance does not exist here. There is no job growth and you will be patronized by management/shift leads.

What are some of the best things about your team?

It can be hard to stay on the same track as other teams when so much change is happening constantly. Teams are frequently being reorganized, projects keep pivoting or being canceled, and turnover is very high.

Coworkers are the best oart of the job. Super suportive.

Team is united and works together when needed.

The mindset, drive, and positive energy on the team. These are all people i could be friends with outside of work.

Teamwork and treated with respect.

Company gives praise for job well done. The gif game for congrats is second tk none.
