I hve enjoyed mu time at ReliaQuest. Inhabe the opportunity to learn every day i come to work. Plus i spend most of mu time actually solving cuatomers' problems. I feel liek i make a difference.

This is undoubtedly the worst place I ever worked. There isn’t a close second. Micromanaging and abusive culture. Management is from the dark ages with an “eat the babies” ment

People at RQ tend to genuienly care about their co-workers, customers and the work they do. There is a strong feeling of togetherness. The "I will. We will" approach shows that when we all do our job and goals, we all win.

I really enjoy and love working at ReliaQuest. Transparency could be improved in my opinion.

This is a terrible management team. Fear based, clickish, petty, small and insecure

Communication and hearing out employees. Speaking up or expressing concerns is grounds for termination.

For as hands-off as my manager is, I should be compensated much more. I'm making very high-level strategy decisions and told to drive change among other teams with no authority to do so.

I feel a promotion is overdue.

RQ has no intention of paying you. Regardless of what they promise

You will work late hours (3 PM to 12 AM, 6 PM to 3 AM) or a very inconsistent schedule. Work life balance does not exist here. There is no job growth and you will be patronized by management/shift leads.

It can be hard to stay on the same track as other teams when so much change is happening constantly. Teams are frequently being reorganized, projects keep pivoting or being canceled, and turnover is very high.

Coworkers are the best oart of the job. Super suportive.

Team is united and works together when needed.

The mindset, drive, and positive energy on the team. These are all people i could be friends with outside of work.

The Mindset Coaches base their work on CBT, which can be very beneficial to help cope with the constant change and lack of support.

Teamwork and treated with respect.

Company gives praise for job well done. The gif game for congrats is second tk none.

The expectations for success are laid out day 1.

The overall process was fast.

Long process. The company wamts to understand your mindset.
