Being remote is great and knowing that if I need time to take care of something its ok. Family seems to matter here at relode!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be equal; I don't feel like I don't exist. What I do matters, and people take notice, all the way to the CEO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that my opinion matters, and I am treated professionally. The leadership team really wants to know what we recruiters (the people on the front lines) are seeing in the markets. Things such as pay rates and provider needs like benefits. I really feel like I am a part of a team!
