Everyone in leadership has the same goal. I believe since Peter stepped in as CEO there has been a little bit of time where everyone is still getting comfortable how to be a team with new leadership in place, but i've noticed an upward trend across the board.

Salaries are below industry standards. Benefits and perks aren't great. That being said - there's an understanding that we're not profitable yet and the salaries, benefits, perks, etc. typically come with success and profitability.

I love my company, coworkers, and wholeheartedly believe in Relode's mission. However, I know that my yearly wage is significantly less than that of my teammates who work the same job; and I would assert that my work ethic justifies a comparable salary.

There is not a weak link on my team. Everyone works hard and encourages each other to succeed. We are not micromanaged, so we are able to gain trust in each other to get the job done.

I feel that the environment really rewards hard work, and enthusiasm towards your work. I appreciate the understanding of each person as an individual also instead of just a number in a line producing results. There is a good blend of work life balance here.
