Overall I love working at Relode. I don't think any company or job is perfect so I embrace any negatives we have. I feel as if I'm wanted here and doing a good job to help our company grow. I would like to have more events or do more things outside of work to grow Relode's company morale.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel invested in by Relode with my compensation as well as the commission structure put in place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about our team is that we do feel like a team. We're close and we are able to help each other when needed and share the good and bad of what's going on with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone in leadership has the same goal. I believe since Peter stepped in as CEO there has been a little bit of time where everyone is still getting comfortable how to be a team with new leadership in place, but i've noticed an upward trend across the board.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe what's most positive about the culture and environment at Relode are the changes that are being made. I believe it's provided a refresh to our culture and given many of us hope for a better culture where we are all encouraged and working together as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The relationships with my team and the relationships with my clients is what makes me happiest. Anytime I speak with a member of my team or with a client that i'm managing jobs for, it's always a happy and positive experience and fulfills my "why" I enjoy doing what I do here.
