My experience has been mostly positive. My colleagues are awesome and extremely supportive/encouraging. More investments in the employees would go a long way, but I believe we are improving our hiring strategies and business model every year.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on high volume projects, finding success for a client in need and interacting with my fellow colleagues on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe a higher base, attainable bonus structure, better benefits (matching 401K) & stock options would significantly increase morale and employee retention.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is not a weak link on my team. Everyone works hard and encourages each other to succeed. We are not micromanaged, so we are able to gain trust in each other to get the job done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was more of a conversation instead of answering a million technical questions. I felt like the interviewer was really trying to get to know me and understand what I was looking for in a new role.
